Erin is a level 4 personal trainer who uses strength training as the cornerstone of her programming to deliver success to her clients. While focusing on key movements that are proven to get results, she also specializes in exercise for sport, lower back pain management, post-natal exercise and exercise for weight management.
Life is busy - exercise should compliment your life, not impede it. Exercise should be you secret weapon that allows you to live your life to the fullest so that you can have the greatest enjoyment out of life.
